3. Licensing Tiers & Usage Rights
All resources are sold under a Single-Use License for a physical print.
- Physical Ownership vs. Copyright: Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Digital Prohibition: Photographing, scanning, or otherwise digitizing the physical print for digital distribution, social media posting, or archival storage is strictly prohibited.
Your specific usage rights depend on the tier purchased:
- Patient, Family, & Caregivers License: This license covers the purchase of a single physical print intended for personal use and home study. The owner is permitted to bring the physical print into private medical consultations to facilitate “Sleep Translation” discussions with their healthcare provider.
Restriction: This license does not grant rights for digital reproduction, scanning, or public display. - Private-Practice License: Intended for a single physical print to be displayed within a private clinical office or used during one-on-one patient sessions.
- Institutional License: Required for a single physical print intended for display or use in public or shared professional environments, such as hospital waiting rooms, university libraries, or non-profit resource centers.

In the event of any direct conflict between the Summary Table on the Usage Rights page and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.
4. Pricing and Adjustments:
All prices for services and products offered by Sleep Wake Dynamics LLC are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order or scheduled service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed or the service is booked.
5.AI-Assisted Rendering Disclosure
We utilize AI-assisted rendering as a tool in the production of our visual resources. However, all conceptualization, data synthesis, and clinical verification are performed by human experts at Sleep Wake Dynamics LLC. We maintain full responsibility for the accuracy of the translated data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sleep Wake Dynamics LLC provides resources “as-is.” While we strive for “blunt honesty” and technical accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of using these resources in a clinical or personal setting. Sleep Wake Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our materials.
