By purchasing a print, you are acquiring a specific Single-Use License based on your intended environment.

- Physical Ownership vs. Copyright: Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Digital Prohibition: Photographing, scanning, or otherwise digitizing the physical print for digital distribution, social media posting, or archival storage is strictly prohibited.
- No Derivative Works: You may not modify, alter, or incorporate our visual data into other works without express written permission.

- Restrictions: This license is restricted to private, non-commercial environments. It does not grant rights for display in public waiting rooms, lobbies, or clinical exam rooms. Scanning, photocopying, or digitizing this artwork is strictly prohibited. This license is tied to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable to business entities.
2. Professional, Office, & Private Practice License
Best for: Private Clinical Display (Solo Doctors, Therapists, & Consultants) Transform your office from “decor” into a clinical environment. These prints serve as a professional tool for the trade, designed to facilitate deep-dive “Sleep Translation” during one-on-one patient appointments.
- Permitted Use: This license covers a single physical print intended for use within a private professional office. This includes display in a private consultation room or a solo practitioner’s dedicated, private waiting area.
- Clinical Utility: Designed as a visual aid to bridge the gap between clinical data and the lived experience of a single patient during a scheduled appointment.
- Restrictions: This license does not cover display in shared lobbies or common areas of multi-provider group practices, nor does it allow for the distribution or rotation of the print among multiple staff members. Customization, cropping, or rebranding is strictly prohibited.
3. Institutional License (Inquiries Welcome)
Best for: Public Institutional Display (Hospitals & University Departments) Enterprise-grade, high-visibility. This tier is designed for High-Traffic Public Environments. It authorizes the display of Sleep Translation resources in communal spaces where they can serve as a foundational educational fixture for a broad audience of patients and staff.
